March 2008 Theme Day - Graffiti/Street Art

I haven't quite figure out how to sign up to be in this group. But I can certainly participate. With Lake Forest Park, there's not a lot to work with, less than 4 square miles. I think this can qualify.

What are these things anyway? I really don't know. On the sidewalk at Lake Forest Park mall on the upper level. A few years ago, I came upon an artist painting these structures/ Maybe there are only two, you can see the second in the background. Some pretty pictures of flowers and a butterfly. Is that a squirrel. Bird theme in the background

I like the look of that. If the thing has to be there, why not try to make it look nice...whatever it it.

My husband says that he knows what those things are. Vent for fans as part of a toxic cleanup having to do with dry cleaning establishment that used to be located in the mall.

This is very nice way to decorating inner city. Nice to have such work rather than boring green, gray (whatever the default colour) object all over the city.

This is great fun. I thought it was a rubbish bin when I saw the photo in the portal but realise it's not. Someone has a light touch with their art.
